Try this nutrient-packed ENLIGHTENED spin on chips and spinach dip!
A guilt free snack full of vitamins, minerals, protein, and flavor!
- mini peppers
- 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon mayo
- 1/4 cup chopped kale and spinach
- 2 tablespoons chopped red onions
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper, to taste
- Sea Salt Crisps
- Slice the tops off of the peppers, slice in half lengthwise, and remove the seeds
- Combine the remaining ingredients (except the Crisps) in a bowl, stir to combine
- Fill each half of the peppers with dip, then top with Crisps
