Cure the Sunday scaries with this awesome Mint Chip Brownie Sundae!! This recipe is so chocolatey & refreshing, you might just have to add an extra scoop or two to make it last longer.
Everyone enjoys a good brownie, but these brownies are EXTRA special because they are super delicious and use healthier alternatives like cocoa powder and almond flour. Adding in chocolate chips is optional, but highly recommended.
Simply combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix them together, and then pop it into a pan and bake for 20 minutes! We recommend letting our Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream sit and soften for about 10-15 minutes before serving, that way it's the perfect creamy texture to top your brownie with.
This ice cream sundae is a healthy recipe that combines nutrition and delicious taste, and is definitely a dessert worth making! So next time you're craving something sweet, grab some friends and have yourselves a little brownie sundae party!!
