Ingredients● 1 cup quick cooking oats ● ½ cup ENLIGHTENED Sea Salt Crisps ● 1 tbsp. coconut flour ● ½ cup mashed banana (about 1 small banana) ● 1 egg ● 1 tbsp. honey ● ½ tsp. baking soda ● ½ tsp. baking powder
Directions1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. 2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. (If using foil, grease the with coconut oil.) 3. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Scoop a heaping tablespoon of the batter onto the baking sheet, then shape into a round, flat cookie. 4. Bake 7 minutes, or until the bottom has browned. Enjoy!
