Black Forest Energy Bites | ENLIGHTENED Recipes

Recipe

Ingredients:

(makes 6-8 bites)
  • 1/2 cup dried cherries
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 oz Sea Salt Crisps, crushed into small pieces
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

Directions:

  1. Add cherries, coconut, maple syrup, and cocoa powder to a food processor and blend until smooth
  2. Add the blended mixture and crisps into a medium-sized bowl, mix with a spoon until everything is combined
  3. Take small amounts of the mixture into your hands and roll into small balls with your palms
  4. Place any extras balls into a sealed container and store in the refrigerator
