Banana Bites

Want a healthy snack recipe you'll go BANANAS over??! Well then keep reading because these cocoa covered banana slices are not only good for you, but also delicious!! 

All you need is a banana, some chocolate chips, a little coconut oil, and of course our Cocoa Dusted Broad Bean Crisps. I don't know about you, but I can never say no to chocolate and bananas, especially when it involves melting that chocolate onto a banana! 

Not to mention the amazing blend of textures and taste this recipe brings to the table; there is smooth banana, some rich creamy chocolate, and a tasty crunch of cocoa crisps. YUM YUM YUM!!

Hope you're not too hungry after all these yummy looking pictures, but if you are ... you know what your next snack can be!! 

 

Ingredients:

  •      1 Banana
  •      ½ tsp. coconut oil
  •      2 tbsp. chocolate chips
  •      3 tbsp. Cocoa Dusted Crisps

 

Directions:

  1. Slice banana into thin slices and lay them out on a plate.
  2. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil for about 30 seconds, then mix them together until it becomes a smooth liquid. Drizzle it on the banana slices.
  3. Grind the Crisps into a fine crumble in a blender or food processor. Sprinkle it on the banana slices. Enjoy!
