There's just something about the combination of fudge and peanut butter that is beyond decadent. Add in the richness of dark chocolate and the perfect texture of cooked oats and you've got a sure-fire winner in this healthy recipe. So healthy, in fact, that no one will mind if you eat it for breakfast!
The key to this recipe is this: Once you've got the peanut butter and oats mixture cooked in the microwave, you have have patience while you slowly swirl the ENLIGHTENED Fudge Bar into the bowl so that it melts in at the perfect pace. It's going to be really difficult to not just dive in too soon (trust us,) but it'll be worth the wait, I promise!

Ingredients● ¼ cup quick cooking oats ● ½ cup water ● 1 tbsp. creamy peanut butter ● 2 tbsp. dark chocolate chips ● 1 Enlightened Fudge Ice Cream Bar
1. Add water, peanut butter, and oats to a bowl. Microwave for 1.5-2 minutes, or until the oats are cooked. 2. Add the chocolate chips to the top of the oats, then stick your Fudge Bar in the middle of the bowl. Swirl the bar in the oatmeal as it melts. 3. Enjoy the delicious fudge swirl oatmeal!
