Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal

What's more perfect on these frigid days than a nice warm bowl of oatmeal?? Nothing!! This Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal recipe is a great way to heat up this cold season. Plus, it's filled with good-for-you ingredients that are both tasty and nutritious! 


And all you pumpkin-lovin'-people, this oatmeal is for you! It's a perfect blend of all your favorite spices: pumpkin, cinnamon, and vanilla. Let's be honest, it would be hard not to like this cozy bowl of goodness! 

So mix the ingredients together in a pot, serve, and enjoy! Top off the oatmeal with our Sweet Cinnamon Crisps for that added crunch and flavor. This healthy recipe will keep you going throughout the winter, so don't miss out- go make yourself a bowl! 

Ingredients:

  •      ¼ cup rolled oats
  •      ¼ cup pumpkin
  •      ½ cup almond milk
  •      1 tsp. Almond butter
  •      1 tsp. Vanilla
  •      1 tsp. Cinnamon
  •      ½ tsp. Pumpkin pie spice
  •      Pinch sea salt
  •      2 tbsp. Maple syrup
  •      1 egg white
  •      Sweet Cinnamon Crisps

Directions:

  1.     Add everything to a small pot except for Crisps. Mix well.
  2.     Cook on medium heat until oats are soft and egg is cooked through (add more almond milk if needed)
  3.     Top with Crisps!
